ATI Systems Releases New Local Control Panel
ATI Systems, announces the release of its new Local Control Panel for local control of voice and tone activations. ATI's indoor and outdoor notification units are now available with an optional Local Control Panel. This allows a person at the indoor speaker unit (ISU) or outdoor High Powered Speaker Station (HPSS, or Siren) to operate that unit locally, while still being monitored by the central control station.

ATI Systems Releases Flexible Multiple Communication Options
ATI Systems, announces that its indoor and outdoor notification units are now available with enhanced communication interfaces, including Ethernet/IP connectivity. The ATI system components will support multiple communication paths in parallel, such as wired IP and VHF radio, which can each control the system. This provides customers with a wider range of communication options, as well as the maximum in system robustness and reliability.

ATI Systems Showcased at Two March Industry Events
Acoustic Technology, Inc. showcased its emergency warning and mass notification products at two March industry events. ATI Systems was one of a select group of ten vendors invited to present at the Air Force's 2009 Worldwide Command Post Conference in San Antonio, Texas the week of March 15th. The following week, ATI Systems joined Industrial Fire World (IFW) for its 24th annual Emergency Responder Conference & Expo in nearby Beaumont, Texas. Both events allowed ATI Systems to display its versatile, industry-leading technology in the mass notification category.

ATI Systems Will Protect the University of Massachusetts Amherst
Acoustic Technology, Inc. was awarded the contract to install a public emergency warning system on the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus. UMass Amherst is the flagship campus of the University of Massachusetts system with over 26,000 students on nearly 1,450 acres in Western Massachusetts. The university needed an effective notification method to ensure the safety of its community. ATI Systems was one of 10 vendors bidding the job and was selected through a very competitive process. The system will be installed over the coming months and is expected to be fully operational in time for the start of the Fall semester.
